When you submit an RFQ, BOM request or contact message, JZP Components may collect your name, company, email address, WhatsApp number, country, part numbers, quantities and sourcing requirements.
How we use information
We use inquiry information to respond to requests, confirm component requirements, compare supplier availability, prepare quotation follow-up and coordinate shipment communication.
BOM and technical files
If you send BOM files or technical documents by email, they are used for sourcing review and quotation preparation. Please do not send confidential files unless you are authorized to share them.
Data sharing
We do not sell personal information. Inquiry details may be shared internally or with relevant sourcing partners only when required to check availability, lead time, price or shipment requirements.
