How JZP Components handles inquiry data

When you submit the RFQ form, we may collect your name, company name, email address, WhatsApp number, country, part number, quantity, target price, required delivery date, brand or package preference, message details, and any BOM file you upload.

We may also collect basic request metadata such as the time of submission and the route used to send the inquiry.

We use inquiry data to respond to RFQs, prepare quotations, coordinate sourcing, and follow up by email or WhatsApp when appropriate.

We may also use the information to improve site workflows, internal inquiry handling, and future CRM integration.

We do not sell personal information. We may share inquiry details with internal team members, sourcing partners, logistics support, or service providers only when needed to process the request.

If a buyer references brand names, we treat those references as customer inquiry identifiers and do not claim authorized distributor status unless separately verified.

We keep inquiry records for operational follow-up and internal business records unless a longer or shorter retention period is required by law or by a customer request we can reasonably honor.

We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, but no online system can guarantee absolute security.

This website does not depend on account login or payment processing. If analytics, advertising, or other tracking tools are added later, this policy should be updated accordingly.
